Masamang Epekto sa Kalusugan Kapag Laging Puyat

Marami nang pag-aaral ang naisagawa na nagpapakita ng negatibong epekto sa kalusugan na kaunting oras ng pagtulog.

  8. Im 51 yrs old hirap po akong makakatulog aa gabi buong gabi talaga di ako makaka tulog kaya ang tulogko mula alas7 ng umaga hang alas 11 ng umaga sa araw na po ang tulog ko jondi na aa gabi mabuti nalng walang trabaho ngaun dahil sa lock down.

  11. Nakakatulog po ako madalas 3:00 ng madaling araw pero po pag umaga 8hrs pa din naman po ang tulog ko pero po nahihilo ako at parang nasusuka pag nabangon sa higaan
